£22,145 - £24,064 per annum (pro-rata)

28 hours per week

Sessional 40 weeks per year contract

Temporary Contract until 28 June 2021

As part of the wider School College Partnership (SCP) team you will ensure SCP participants receive a high quality learning experience whilst ensuring that individual needs and requirements are met.

In conjunction with the Co-ordinators you will support the planning, recruitment and enrolment of DYW (SCP, First Chances Fife and apprenticeship) programmes. 

The post holder will work within the appropriate legislative and policy frameworks whilst supporting enrolment, start-up and induction of DYW SCP courses.

You will assist with the preparation of Individual Learner Reference (ILR) communication with learners and internal staff as well as assisting in the development and maintenance of a database of information of Employer contacts to support work placement and employer engagement on apprenticeship and SCP courses.

You must be educated to HNC/SVQ Level 3 or equivalent (SCQF Level 7) in a relevant field and be able to demonstrate strong ICT skills including Microsoft Office applications. Also essential is an understanding and experience of working with school age learners with a preference of experience in the effective delivery of training/learning to groups of people.
