Corrie Recruitment are offering an exciting entry level opportunity to join our team in Inverness.
We are a family run business and operate primarily in the Construction and Civil Engineering industries.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant we are looking for someone with the following experience and traits:

• Excellent communication skills
• A competitive nature
• Self-motivated
• Friendly and polite
• A desire to progress
• Full driving licence

Previous experience in construction and sales would be desirable but not essential.

Your main duties will include but will not be limited to:

• Sourcing candidates using existing database, job boards, advertising, social media and referrals
• Registering and maintaining a pool of available candidates
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Identifying target clients

After a successful training period we are offering the opportunity to progress your career into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role.
