As Adarma continues its growth we are looking for a Security Cleared Programme Manager on a 12 month contract basis to lead a major security transformation programme. The role will be to plan and implement a SOC transformation whilst leading a large team of SME's. You will be responsible for planning and maintaining a strategic view over a set of projects, providing the framework for implementing business initiatives and communicating a vision of the outcome of the programme and associated benefits.
Typical Role Responsibilities
Ensures that programmes are managed to realise business benefits and that programme management is informed by an awareness of current technical developments.
Plans, directs, and co-ordinates activities to manage and implement complex programmes from contract/proposal initiation to full integration with service transition.
Plans, schedules, monitors, and reports on activities related to the programme, ensuring that there are appropriate and effective governance arrangements, supported by comprehensive reporting and communication.
Review or conduct audits of information technology (IT) programs and projects.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the procurement function in addressing information security requirements and supply chain risks through procurement activities and recommend improvements.
Contributes to the underlying IT operational processes and functions that support the service, provide direction and monitor all significant activities so the service is delivered successfully.
Typical Qualifications & Professional Membership
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Demonstrate capability in using a variety of different project management methodologies such as Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Projects in Controlled Environment (PRINCE2) certification or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
