As a Campaign Delivery Officer, you’ll work closely with a Campaign Manager to support the delivery of recruitment campaigns for a range of Government departments. Building great relationships with your customers, you’ll provide expert recruitment advice, helping them find the best people for all sorts of vacancies.
This is a highly varied role in which every day is different. Your responsibilities will range from producing candidate packs and reviewing job adverts, through to organising assessment centres and carrying out pre-employment checks. Once you develop in the role, we’ll be keen for you to start helping us improve the way we work.
To join us, you’ll need a friendly and helpful nature, with great communication skills both in person and in writing. You have the ability to build collaborative relationships quickly and easily. Crucially, you’re also highly organised, proactive, committed to producing quality work and keen to grow. Please note, willingness to travel and stay overnight away from home is essential.
