Most officers are graduates, but you don’t need to have a degree – your personal qualities are as important as your qualifications.
- Soldier Careers
- Soldiers play vital roles at home and abroad, making sure the Army’s work gets done. When you become a soldier you sign up for at least four years including the time you spend training. Whether you serve for four years or twenty, there will be promotions and pay rises to recognise your hard work and courses to develop your skills.
- Graduate Careers
- The Army needs officers and soldiers who are professionally qualified. That’s why we offer a number of schemes to help you complete your studies and training before you join the Army. The Army also provide advantages few other graduate careers can match such as unique opportunities to utilise and further develop your skills once you join.
